Just south of Sarasota along Florida’s white-sanded Gulf Coast, Venice offers 14 miles of beaches from Casey Key to Manasota Key and plenty of recreational opportunities, including swimming, sunbathing, fishing and boating. Shelling is also a favorite pastime in Venice, and fossilized shark's teeth can be found in abundance by sifting through the sand. Golfers enjoy excellent courses in the greater Venice area. Venice also is a Florida Main Street City – its downtown graced by northern Italian architecture and beautifully landscaped boulevards that date to the original city plans of 1925 and reminiscent of the Italian city of Venice whose name it borrowed.

Where we work

Whether you are looking for a vacation destination, a place to relocate and raise a family, start a thriving business, or retire with your toes in the sand, you will like what Venice has to offer.

VPC Campus

VPC has a large, beautiful campus that is the place of worship to hundreds of families on the Island of Venice but also to many 'Snowbirds' who live in Venice for the winter.  Our campus has a large, majestic sanctuary, a smaller more intimate chapel, many comfortable meeting rooms perfect for smaller, more relaxed gatherings or larger, more populated events. We are proud of the beauty of our church and campus, the generosity and participation of our members and our worship services. We encourage visitors to experience Venice Presbyterian Church's commitment to Christ and hospitality.
