Transitions is a compassionate support group for people coping with the death of a loved one. Participation in a Transitions group is a special journey available to anyone who has lost a loved one. During the six week course, one travels through grief to a richer understanding, renewed personal purpose, deeper spirituality and total rebirth of self. Many in our community have found new life and new friends while their loved one remains always in their heart.
